Peggy helped us rent property for two years and then found the perfect property for us to purchase. She knew the area and available properties better than anyone else could have. She listened and learned exactly what we wanted when we rented, and she knew what we wanted when we purchased. This made both experiences perfect. We were lucky to find Peggy.

I cannot say enough good about Peggy! She was amazing and definitely the most badass realtor in Ouray County!! We had to sell our father's house after he passed away. We knew that Peggy was the only realtor we wanted. She is the ONE who gets the job done. She had someone in mind, that was perfect for the house and 2 hours after they looked at it, we had a full priced offer! She is extremely motivated and compassionate. She makes it her business to perfectly match the buyer and the seller. It was emotionally hard to sell our dad's house, Peggy found buyers who not only wanted the house, but LOVED it and that made a huge difference to us. The entire process went so quick and smooth. Peggy is extremely knowledgable and her personality makes the whole experience a joy. I will never use any realtor but Peggy Lindsey. We could not have had an easier or more pleasant experience working with her. She is THE BEST!!!!

We've always vacationed in Ouray, but had no idea what it would take to live here. Peggy's knowledge of this area and it's residents was outstanding. Her expertise in this market was a sure fire match as we looked for over a year to find our "just right " mountain home. There's alot to consider moving to this beautiful city and we're so very pleased we had Peggy Lindsey by our side.

Peggy knows the area well which is very helpful to "out of towners" trying to sell property. In addition it's important to have confidence in good communication and we always got a promp text reply or call from her with updates. She also steadfastly "hung in there" with us during an economic downturn. Call Peggy to sell your property! :-)

Peggy Lindsey is a professional! She is very experienced in the area and had the knowledge we needed to prepare and price our property correctly to avoid wasting our time. Once listed we had a contract within one week and closed in less than 45 days.
