Samantha was an incredible real estate agent during the sale of our home. She worked diligently to keep fees low and maximize our sales price. We couldn't have been happier working with Erica! She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly! She checked in on us throughout the process even when we didn't request it! Erica is super organized and always answered any questions we had. It's amazing the work she does for you behind the scenes that you don't even know about! Most important of all, she was transparent with us, never just "telling us what we wanted to hear" - she was honest, provided advice (while still making sure we knew it was utlimately our decision), and was willing to go to bat for us!
