Tony and Claritza are top notch! In a world where we’ve all become used to mediocrity and dealing with service professionals that do not deliver what they say they will deliver; this team stands head and shoulders above the rest. When I was sourcing an out-of-town realtor to handle an estate property in Red Lion, Pennsylvania I sent out 8 inquiries to various local realtors. Tony and Claritza were the only ones that responded to my questions specifically and sincerely. Because of past transaction with other realtors plus that I was selling a house I wasn’t familiar with, in a state where I didn’t live; I was convinced the process would be a disaster. From the minute I met these two I knew they were a team that I wanted to work with. Whenever I had questions, they had answers or knew where to get answers timely. They accurately estimated the value of the home and ultimately it sold for $15,000 more than I thought it could sell for. It was a challenging property to sell and they still sold it very quickly. The paperwork process went smooth and really no mistakes were made. Between myself, friends and family I’ve been closely involved in some 10-15 real estate transactions and consider myself pretty knowledgeable in such matters; this was by far the smoothest real estate transaction of my life. They gave me solid advice throughout the process but never told me what to do, I always felt in control and always felt like I was making an informed choice based on their input and help. Tony and Claritza were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process of buying a home! They we very helpful and responsive! They were both wonderful to work with and I would definitely work with them again in the future!!

I can't say enough good things about Tony and Claritza. They are the best. True professionals who will work for your best outcome. They are ethical and honest. The process with our home was long, complicated, and frustrating. But they were determined and saw this year long process to the end. Blessings to them for their great work and assistance. We will definitely use them in the future.

Tony and Claritza sold two homes for us and found the home we were looking for. Their professionalism, knowledge and work ethic are top notch. I would highly recommend them. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it is dealing with them.
