This is our second time working with Georgina who is the ultimate professional. During the pandemic she helped sell my dad's house which was sold after 1 week on the market. When it was time for us to sell our house , the market had changed and interest rates started to rise. That did not deter Georgina, she held multi open houses. We had an offer early on in the process which was rescinded after the prospective buyers got cold feet in buying an older home. Georgina persevered with showings and found the buyers who ended up purchasing the home. They fell in love with the house immediately, the women who had come to see the house first told Georgina that this was the house she was meant to buy. It has been a pleasure working with Georgina and I will recommend her to my family and friend when they are looking to buy or sell.

She helped me with the purchase of a short sale, which was a long. She was very responsive and was routinely checking in with me and the attorney to keep things moving.

Georgina has done an excellent job of purchasing my home. I have never seen someone like that before. She has done the purchasing very responsibly and moderately. Her expertise in the market area was instrumental in determining competitive purchasing prices. She has tried to assist me in various ways. She is very positive about both the buyer and seller, making things in order asap, and making events happen promptly. She also helped in every way regarding the house purchase. I would recommend her to my friends and colleagues. It would be even comfortable if someone targeted to buy a first-time or second-time house, they can contact her. She has the mentality to produce all the details about the house and sale in detail.
