Inattentive, disorganized, not diligent, and did not have the general knowledge you would want an agent to have for historical property. I could write a book for this review but I had to babysit the entire process. I've bought and sold several properties and this one was so unnecesarily stressful thanks to Gina and her team. She seriously brought her dog to my $280,000, 115 year old, smoke and pet free property with original hardwoods throughout! Who does that? What agent would actually think its ok under any circumstance to bring their dog to a listing?!?! Then her broker Jared Brown actually defended this nonsense! She also had to ask ME how to verify if a home was historically registered. Lots of things were questionable and not clearly communicated throughout the entire process. I tried to fire her several times and was threatened with a lawsuit for trying to fire her. Imagine being an agent who forces a seller to stay with you. Gross. I do not recommend her on a personal or professional level. I am so glad this disaster of a process is finally over. She didn't even have the decency to come to closing!!

Gina not only sold our home for us this past year in less than 3 days but also helped us find our forever home. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. We ran into some obstacles in the closing process of the new home which was on the seller's end. During the entire process, she was so encouraging and helpful. She was willing to go above and beyond to help us with anything that we were in need of. In the end, she has become one of our good friends. If you want someone who is honest and knows her stuff, I would highly recommend her to be your Realtor.

Incredibly responsive and super knowledgeable, she'll make time to show you a house any day and any time. Gina is by far the best agent I've ever worked with.

She was kind, organized, responded quickly, went through the buying process easily and knowledgeably, even if we had questions she answered them. It was Great working with her!
