Love, love love Gina! I have used her numerous times to sell and to buy. She is so thorough, looking in detail at the many purchasing elements such as HVAC, roof, plumping, insurance, etc. etc. On selling, she sold one house in less than 10 days and another in less than one day! I would absolutely recommend, I have, and I will, be using her again for my next purchase as soon as my perfect home comes on the market! Barbara

Gina's great! I just purchased a pool home with Gina in Longwood, FL while still living out of state, in Albuquerque, NM! We just closed 3 days ago! Knowing exactly what I was looking for, Gina conducted numerous walk-thru's and attended open houses on multitudes of potential candidate homes in the area on my behalf, providing very detailed input on all. We "passed" on many, until we finally found "the one"! Gina is extremely knowledgeable about the Central Florida area, very proactive, and quite the stickler to details. Oh yeah, Gina's a great negotiator, too! Seller just couldn't say "no"! Thank You, Gina! :-)

Looking for houses, especially in a competitive market is incredibly difficult. Gina was very proactive when searching for homes for me and made sure that she stayed within my budget.
