We bought our first home with Ginger in 1988. We had such a great experience that 32 years later, when we decided to move out of state, we contacted Ginger to help us sell our house. Well our house sold quickly and for full price. We couldn't be happier. You can't find a more experienced, responsive, helpful and caring agent in Middlesex County.

Ginger is as professional as they come. She is very thorough and, more importantly, caring. This was not an easy move for me to make, but she was with me every step of the way. Even through a few years of starts and stops. She never once gave up on me and was always ready to help me make the decision without any pressure whatsoever. I would not hesitate to recommend Ginger to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a house.

I have worked with Ginger as a real estate attorney for many years. She is thoroughly professional, but more important, she is committed to her clients and making sure that the process of buying or selling their home is a pleasant and efficient process. ginger was amazing she worked not only with my best interest but the best interest of the buyer. It was hard selling my childhood home she understood my feelings someone like that is a rare find. ty ginger for all u did.

Ginger provided services above and beyond my expectations but exactly what we needed for our situation. Because I live overseas, I had difficulty arranging for repairs and the minor upgrades to make the house more marketable. As soon as I hired Ginger, she had all the right people in the house within the week making the house ready to show. She arranged everything and she continued to provide this level of support throughout the process with the post-inspection repairs, etc. Ginger also helped us find the right buyer among the different offers as well as recommend a lawyer who would work with me remotely. Ginger was absolutely perfect. I recommend her fully.
