    Glen was very helpful throughout this process. We have never bought this kind of unconventional home in this type of a community. We have bought and sold 5 homes and this process was challenging to say the least but thanks to Glen and his group of people we were able to get it done. Definitely will recommend Glen to anyone buying a home.

    From before the process started, just talking around the table, to the close of escrow, Glen and his team were accurate, detailed, and let nothing slip. His evaluations proved that he knew the market, the area, the profile of the buyers, and our profile. He helped us set reasonable expectations and worked with us to keep focused. He was honest with us and keeping our best interests in mind. Even though the markets were unpredictable, he kept his promises and after the first open house gave us the option of coming off the market or stay the course. He was open and prepared to do whatever made sense to us, not his listing. We stayed the course and got what we were asking even though there were tempting offers. We felt that we sold the house to the right family and that they will enjoy raising a family as we did for 38 years.
