We had the pleasure of working with Rebecca when buying our first home on the coast. We had a unique need as we were looking for a home not only for us but also inclusive of an in-law suite for my mom. From day one Rebecca treated us like old friends, she was enthusiastic, curious and beaming with hopeful energy. She was always ready to send us new homes, available for a visit and willing to share her open and honest opinion, which we especially valued because it was our first time! She felt like a true partner who was invested in the process with us every step of the way as much as we were. We ended up finding just the right home and Rebecca seemed as excited about it as us. Brian is great to work with—he listens! He has a sharp eye when it comes to noticing any flaws or items to be concerned about with a property. He’s very responsive and knowledgeable. He did a great job of marketing the property and is a skilled negotiator. Hopefully I won’t need to go through this process again, but if I do, Brian will be my first call.

I met Joakim several years ago at the beginning of my house hunting journey. I immediately found him to be warm, responsive, friendly and knowledgable. Over the next two years , I also found him to be immensely patient as I looked at a dozen or more homes and found none of them to my liking. He did not give up on me. He understood what I was looking for and kept looking. Eventually, I found the right home, and Joakim worked hard to make it happen despite others also wanting this home. Today, after many years of looking, I am finally in my perfect home, thanks in large part to Joakim and his tenacity. I am grateful for him and his ability to stay patient and persistent even with the most trying of clients.......i.e. ME!
