Glenda helped me to sell my family home after my dad passed away, and helped me to find a new home. She is by far the best person I have worked with. Glenda was fabulous! She worked with us to sell our waterfront property in Seminole. Glenda listed and sold our luxury waterfront property in Pinellas County, Florida. Very professional and easy to work with.Glenda has vast local knowledge of all the beach area issues including FEMA, flood insurance and rental rules. She sold 3 properties for my family after losing our mother and was able to satisfy all parties involved.
