Kym was recommended by our Lender, Steve who paired us as a perfect match for our personalities. During our initial call there was an immediate connection getting to know each other. The first time we met with her to view a house, she knew exactly what we were looking for. During this process she explained each step of the way and what to expect next to involve each party. She was very thorough and detailed oriented when it came to discussing the house we wanted to place an offer on. Kym is professional, listens, and will voice for her clients. She is also positive, uplifting, funny, and overall a sweet person to work with. I met Kym while I was still living in Colorado back in 2021 when the market was crazy and people were paying a fortune over their asking price. I am moving from Shore Acres and what I have learned is, the best thing you can do is have an agent that is from the neighborhood as she is an absolute expert in this area. She is world class in everyway. I have purchased 12 homes in total so far and she has given me some tips and tricks for my home sale that I would have never thought. Who you hire absolutely matters. She works her heart out and goes above and beyond to garner the most amount of attention for your home sale. She is also, incredibly talented in negotiating and finding the absolute best home for you to buy. It just takes open communication to share your needs, wants and desires. Kym was wonderful in helping me and my fiancé get our first home! She was super knowledgeable about the areas in St. Pete since we moved from NYC and had no idea where to start. She was also the best advocate for us as we went through the closing process and got us the best deal for the most perfect home :)
