Matt was great from our first meeting to the day we closed. We live 2 hours from where we were looking for land. Matt set up a bunch of properties to look at so we wouldn't need to make multiple trips. He spent the day with us hiking up and down hills and through the woods. We found the right property for us and he got the ball rolling submitting our offers. Once the seller excepted Matt continuously checked in with us to make sure all was going smooth. As we are not from the area he was able to recommend people to help us with closing and some other services, Should we ever require a realtor in his area again would would work with him again with question. He made sure the buying experience was positive for us.

I was nervous about putting my house on the market. But I contacted Matt and he guided me through everything. He made it easy for me and was there every step of the way!

Working with Matt Owens was not only easy and professional, but a pleasure as well. Despite his relatively short time as a realtor, his background in the family industry in the area clearly shows. He has extensive connections, vast knowledge of the area, and an ease with people. Mr. Owens was working with me as a buyer, and at each point in the process I could tell he took his advocacy role seriously. I have worked with other realtors as an out of state buyer, and none seemed as vested in getting me the deal I needed as much as Mr. Owens. I am certain that he would do the same on the seller’s side as their representative as well. I highly recommend him as honest, knowledgeable, and practical. If you have Matt Owens on your side, you will end up happy.

I couldn't have wished for a better Agent. Matt was always available any time of day to respond to my questions and provide updates on the property I purchased during the buying process. He was attentive, understanding, and beyond helpful to this first time homebuyer. He is easy to talk to and really personable and knowledgeable. I learned so much about what to expect during this process from Matt. I cannot recommend him enough!

Graydon Locey has been a pleasure working with. He is polite, knowledgeable, and makes himself available whenever needed. He has helped my Fiancé and Myself relocated from out of state and has made the process has smooth as possible. I would recommend using Mr.Graydon Locey for as a Purchasing and/or Selling Agent. He is respectful of time and easy to communicate with. I will continue to use Mr. Locey
