Heather and the team from Recreation Realty helped me buying property in Garden City, UT. The buying process was very smooth and absolutely stressless. Heather was always available, in person or on the phone to answer all my questions, and would provide all information I was requesting about a potential property. She always responded quickly, and was very patient with me, never pushed me into a buy. I know Heather now for several years. It is a pleasure to work with her. I can highly recommend Heather. Heather & her team helped us identify, sign, and close a land purchase for our future vacation home, as well as locate potential financing. They were professional throughout and extremely efficient, especially given that we were out of state for the entire process. She gave us good advice on how to win the lot when another bidder entered and we're very happy with the outcome.

Heather, I and honest Realtor, she has your best interests at heart and will guide you to the best possible property for your needs. She will not push you or pressure you to buy just for a sale. We would use Heather again without even thinking about it. Go with someone that is honest.
