Mark was extremely knowledgable of what our house was worth in the current market. He was very professional and worked hard to sell our house in a timely manner. This was our 2nd time using Mark and he was great both times. We highly recommend him.

My husband and I chose to work with Mark after being unsuccessful with 'For Sale By Owner', and we could not have been more pleased with the results. From the first phone call with Mark until the final closing, he was not only knowledgeable and attentive but personable and empathetic as well. My husband was out of town for most of the selling process, and yet Mark made my husband and I feel completely comfortable and confident. Mark knows what it means to 'go above and beyond' with his services as he proved when our movers did not show two days prior to our closing. With Mark's ability to prioritize and network, we were able to remedy the situation within an hour. Even after the final closing, Mark continued to follow up with us to ensure our move had been completed and successful. We would highly recommend Mark to anyone seeking distinction among other realtors and their service.
