We had a 5 star experience with Colin & the Roda Team purchasing our home in San Luis Obispo. We rate them a 10/10 on both knowledge and communication during our process. Colin went above and beyond when he arranged to have our non-running older model car brought to the new house prior to closing because we had to stay in a hotel. Our home had been sold by a wonderful Platinum realtor Nancy! Nothing but good things to say about everyone! We recommend Colin and the whole team.

We purchase a piece of land through Heather to build our dream home. From the start she was upbeat, professional, very knowledgable and helpful. We built trust with Heather quickly from her fantastic service and proactive can do attitude through the purchasing process. We would highly recommend Heather to all our family and friends.

Heather is an amazing realtor, she truly went above and beyond on so many levels. She knew all the right people to get our house ready and sold. She was personable and willing to answer all our questions and able to explain things in a way to make them understandable. She also has a love like us for colonial homes :)

Heather is phenomenal and her staff was all so wonderful to work with as well. My husband and I were in a time crunch to purchase our house since our landlord had given s a 60 day not that he was selling our current residence. We had looked at several properties and just weren't finding anything we could agree on. Heather had recommended that we stop by this property and just check it out. We instantly fell in live and became homeowners with a 30 day escrow. As soon as we decided we wanted to make an offer, Heather and her team worked diligently to get our offer in on time, they were reviewing offers the very next day ! We had an easy and seamless escrow and Heather was extremely responsive and informative throughout the entire process. I could not be more happy with her and her team! I have referred several friends who have also had wonderful experiences with her as well. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Heather and Colin were both extremely helpful throughout the whole process of buying our first house. We went in with very little knowledge about real estate, and we were somewhat unsure of what we were looking for in a property, but they patiently guided us through the steps.
