Nikki was very quick to respond, she knew the ins and outs and how best to help us. The process moved very quickly and Nikki was great throughout! We had specific questions and situations and she was ready and willing to run down any information we needed. She was very personable and friendly. There was a small problem with flood insurance and she was able to quickly get us the information we needed.

We were introduced to Heidi through her coworker at Dwell Realty, Byron Hernandez. We were in need of an Idaho licensed realtor and Heidi fit the bill. She was very proactive in our behalf and successful in negotiating our purchase of our dream property. We always felt like we were in the loop. Working with Heidi was great. She answered all of our questions, and was patient and showed us every property that we were interested in. She made our first homebuying experience, even in this crazy time, as enjoyable as possible. Very knowledgeable, and very responsive at all times. Five out of five, would recommend.

If I were to coin a phrase for Heidi Brown it would be "With you EVERY step of the way" or "The hardest working lady in real estate" . The lady is ON IT and she really knows her stuff! Super friendly and low pressure from begining to end.

Heidi was wonderful and helpful from the very start. Made the whole process enjoyable. She was very quick in responding and answering questions. She was thorough and professional. She represented us well to the buyer and the Title Company. Heidi was interested in our concerns and desires.
