Have worked with Heidi buying and selling several propertIes in Pacific County. She is very knowledgeable and no one can negotiate better to make a sale happen.

TERRIBLE - She wasted 9 months of listing. I found out by her replacement she listed only one of my lots for the price of two! There is no excuse for that kind of laziness. The land would have never sold. Besides that she did not answer my call or texts in a timely manner, nor give me a proper introduction. Apparently it was land so she was too busy to do even the basic research. When I asked questions as to why so slow she messaged me that she would gladly stop. Unbelievable inconsiderate for someone who wanted to sale her land quickly.

To be fair, the stars I am rating are not based on buying experience, but on the process of requesting information. When I called Heidi Keller to inquire of 2 houses listed that showed her as the primary agent, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. When asked about features on one of the homes she admitted she did not know the answers even though she said the house had been on the market for 3 years. All her answers were sharp-tongued, sarcastic, and/or condescending. I would never trust such an unprofessional person to properly negotiate for me. It was clear she was not interested in helping someone not able to buy a house under $100,000.

I was dissapointed. On two accounts she passed me to another agent who was good, but basically she left me hanging. Heidi did suggest homes to look at, and I bought one of them, but she had someone else come when I called her due to her no show.

She is professional and great at her job and always goes above and beyond to help her customers. She has helped my family in the past find exactly what we needed, while also helping us sell a house that needed to be sold as quickly as possible. She's amazing!
