Helene did an outstanding job getting our parents home sold quickly, with the best possible conditions and at the best price. Helene was extremely responsive to our needs during the sale process. She recommended excellent professionals to help us with an estate sale, clean out and asbestos removal. She also recommended an electrician and plumber who were excellent as well. We could not have been more pleased with everything. We used Helene for the sale of our condo in North Caldwell so we did not hesitate to use her again when we needed to sell the family home.

Helene did an outstanding job selling my home. Her skills at presenting and negotiating my sale went over and beyond my expectations. She was also instrumental in helping me sell furniture to the new buyers. Even after we went to co tract she continued to be an asset between myself and the buyers with any continued questions or concerns either of us may have prior to the closing date.

Helene was a pleasure to work with, both on the sale of our home and purchase of our new condo.
