Hobie was the Realtor that I needed to sell my house. The house wasn't easy to sell and he was never pushy but had great suggestions. He also has contacts with amazing people to get a home ready to sell. He and Stephanie were so supportive throughout this stressful time - a perfect blend of friendly and professional! Stephanie and her husband, Hobie, make an excellent team. Hobie helped me find my home in the Chico area and the communication was excellent. When we viewed a house, he was fastidiously treating the situation as if he were purchasing it for his family. Stephanie made certain all the required documents were explained to me and gave me the time necessary to properly review them. I cannot thank the duo enough.

We were Campfire survivors...We loved living in Paradise. We waited a long time before we could bring ourselves to sell our property. Hobie Jensen was just amazing!! He worked with us thru the entire process. He went SO far beyond our expectations! I can't say enough good things about him. From start to finish, Stephanie and Hobie have been a pleasure to work with. We first met Hobie at an open house for another home the Jensen group was representing for sale in Oroville. Hobie immediately impressed us with his professionalism, knowledge, and kind demeanor. In fact, we were so impressed that when the time came for us to buy our first home 6 months later, we reached out to the Jensen Group to help us close the deal! Hobie helped us look at a few properties in the Oroville area. Each time we looked at a home, Hobie was able to meet us at the location at a time that fit our busy schedules (after 5pm) and came well prepared for the meeting. Hobie and Stephanie made the entire home buying process a breeze. From creating an online timeline and checklist to help keep us on track, to explaining disclosures and inspection reports, the Jensen Group could not have been easier to work with.
