We were referred to Mike by another excellent realtor in our new location. Good call! After some preliminary discussion, we met in person where he clearly demonstrated he has a thorough understanding of the local market and conditions. Mike came prepared with a lot of research on our home and several comparable properties in the area. He clearly described the pros and cons of each and how they compared to ours. When he offered his evaluation in terms of asking price it was exactly what we thought was a fair price for our home and location. We signed the seller/realtor agreement and he went right to work. In a very short time our home was listed on all the major realty sites with an excellent description and several excellent photos. He included a virtual tour that was amazing to fully visualize the layout and quality of the home. Soon after it hit the market he did a Facebook boost that really increased views. With all this, interest was immediate resulting in a good offer close enough to our asking price that we accepted. Mike continued to work diligently through the process to get it to close. He even went above and beyond to accommodate some special things we needed to have done that really helped us out. We believe Mike couldn't have done a better job in selling our home and making the process as good as it could be. We highly recommend Mike to be your realtor.

Patrick helped my husband and I purchase our first home. He is very knowledgeable and made the process easy even through our indecisiveness. We set a price range and he never tried to get us to stretch out of our comfort zone and truly listened to our wants and concerns. 5 stars!

Patrick worked with us for over 2 years to find our perfect house. He didn't pressure us at all, aand was willing to work fast when we found something we wanted. He seems to know all the right people in the Chico real estate community to keep things move along nicely. Can't recommend him enough!

We are second time home buyers and this time around was significantly different and so much smoother than the first thanks to Patrick. He was extremely personable, very responsive and got our deal done in an extremely timely fashion while always looking out for our best interest. Moving to a rural area from the city was a little daunting but had always been a desire of ours and Patrick not only helped us find our dream home but then was very helpful with making sure we knew everything about the property and that style of living. We would highly recommend Patrick to all of our friends and family!

Mike and his team made selling our condo a breeze. We live out-of-town and Mike kept us informed and took care of details we couldn't. He helped us contact repair professionals and managed work we needed done. He returned every phone call and his team is just as professional as he is. Thank you!!
