I was referred to Brent by the agent who originally sold me the house. (She had moved out of the area.). It turned out we did very well. Brent knows the market, knows the expectations of the buyers and prevented me from overspending in the preparation stage. Brent helped me when I wasn’t available to meet people at the house... he ensured the entire process ran smoothly. I am thankful that I was referred to Brent, and he is now my real estate contact that I will be referring my friends to.

Brent was very professional and kept us well informed by keeping in touch by text. He was on top of everything and He was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a competent agent.

Brent was kind, professional & attentive. He kept us informed throughout the whole process-even on weekends. He was very knowledgeable and we had a great experience. We would highly recommend Brent any time! The house sold within 24 hours!

Brent is THE BEST! Back in 2013 when it was time for our family to buy a home, we got a referral to meet with Brent. Boy are we glad we did. Brent showed us places until we found the house that was right for us. As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions and Brent was a tremendous help. He made the process really easy on us and kept the stress level from buying a house way down. Do you know how there are those people that others call "a good person to know?" Well, Brent fits right into that category. He seems to know EVERYONE in town. If we had a problem come up and needed some help with a repair or service, we called Brent and he'd be happy to set us up with "his guy." I'm sure this kind of thing happens a lot, but Brent always referred us to people who did quality work and often for much less money than other companies were quoting us. When it came time to sell our home this year, there was nobody else that we were considering other than Brent. This time though, Brent really went above and beyond for us. He got our home listed and with pictures in just a few days, held an open house the next day and got us a full price offer - all within 3 days. He helped us find a loan officer for our new home purchase and managed to expedite our closing on both properties. All the while, he kept things really easy and calm on our end and was always available to answer any questions we had. Brent is the best. Thanks so much for everything you have done for our family!

Brent is an amazing realtor! We used him to sell our home and couldn’t have walked away happier! Brent is friendly and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of buying and selling! He was never pushy and never made me feel silly asking questions I didn’t understand, as this was the first house we’d sold. We had a few hiccups in the process, at no fault to him, and he helped walk us through the steps and calmed my nerves. He was very easy to reach and communicate with, which was huge for me! Brent is a class act and you won’t be sorry you chose him!
