Holly was our buyers agent for a recent home purchase and she was wonderful to work with. She has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, knows contractors who were able to estimate potential costs, and was extremely helpful at negotiating a fair price. We were traveling out of town during part of the offer process and Holly was very comfortable working remotely through calls, texts, and emails. When we were back in town, she was equally responsive to meet in person. She saved us a lot of money by helping us understand potential costs and advising us on an offer that reflected the condition of the home. I enthusiastically recommend her!

Very highly recommended. Holly found perfect buyers for our two homes and helped us buy a new condo. She was wonderful to work with. Tons of experience, knowledge. Led the process from beginning to end. Strategic thinker. Excellent target-marketing skills. Very responsive. Excellent communicator. No detail left undone. Made us feel like we were her only clients. So glad we crossed paths with Holly.

Listing to closed in under 8 weeks! Multiple offers and a sales price significantly over the listing price in under a week! Living over 125 miles from this homeI was tasked with selling, I was very apprehensive due to my lack of knowledge of the area and no contacts for identifying needed resources. Holly did a great job in helping me find resources and managing the process of a Title V septic replacement & plumbing update as well as providing contacts for the house clean-out, waste disposal and house cleaning. She even helped me find a lawn service that was taking new clients (more challenging than one would think). Holly was very responsive via texts, phone and email and providing the required documentation for the closing attorneys. I can’t speak highly enough of my appreciation for everything Holly accomplished to help me sell my home.

A coworker referred us to Holly, and now we're going to refer everyone we know who's looking for a house to her! She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and just delightful to work with. She really listens and really cares about getting you the right home for your needs. She was always on time and followed up on every single one of our first-time homebuyer questions. If I ever have to buy another house, I will be going right back to Holly!

I know, logically, that Holly had other clients, but the amount of time and attention we received made us feel like we were the only ones she was working with. We worked with Holly to both buy our new home and sell our old one. Holly never rushed us, and given the current market, she could have! She made sure our needs were at the forefront of our search, and never pressured us into a home that wasn't the right fit. Holly guided us through a bidding strategy and I firmly believe that it's because of how savvy she is that we got our dream home (the only home we put an offer on!). When it came to selling our home, Holly paid attention to the market and timed open houses strategically. She connected us with key people in the industry (stager/photographer/etc.) to make sure our house looked the best and would receive top dollar - which it did! Most importantly, Holly is thoughtful, client-first, and deeply aware of the market and region. If I ever have to buy another home she's the first person I'll call - and she's the person I would trust for any of my friends and family.
