Susanne did an amazing job at finding me my home. She was always there to answer my questions. She got me a wonderful mortgage broker And checked in with me on a regular basis. I had worked with a couple of realtors which showed me a house and never contacted me back. She was so helpful, she went above and beyond even with getting the house ready for appraisal, I would give her 10 stars if I could

Susanne was very easy to work with. She knew our area very well because she also lives here. It was a smooth process and a great experience. She wasn't pushy and was willing to help on the weekends and even purchased and installed smoke and CO2 smoke detectors when we away to make sure the Fire Department inspection didn't fail and the sale be delayed.

She gave us an inside perspective that brought clarity and focus to the many decisions we had to make -- sometimes sporadic and sometimes at breakneck speed! Also, Susanne is a rare professional who can bring the personal side of the real estate experience to the table. My wife and I were not just on a client list. Susanne has that gift of treating all of us as if we alone are "the priority," no matter how many schedules, lock-boxes, and competing offers needed to be accommodated. Susanne is awesome. She is attentive to the needs of those who confide in her. She gets answers very fast if she hasn't the answer already. We were impressed by her attention to detail and her overall knowledge.

As my buyer's agent, Susanne was helpful in many ways, though when it came to negotiations, it felt like she was more on the side of seeing the deal close and of maximizing the amount of the sale than my side. With items that came up on the inspection, she could have simply said "you'll probably have to spend some money on this, but you aren't really in a position to negotiate." That is ultimately what I concluded. Having moved into the house, I'm very happy with it and not at all surprised that predicted items need attention. However, I am disappointed that my agent tried to convince me that the items should not be concerns or that they were adequately addressed by repairs.
