Ilya Tsipis and his team are the BEST of the BEST. They will turn your dream home into a reality. Ilya is a professional, knowledgeable, reliable, approachable, experienced, and absolutely wonderful person to work with. Ilya helped us to purchase our first home five years ago, everything went smoothly. He then helped us to sell the same house and purchase our dream home recently. There were hiccups during the sale process but Ilya handled it very well. He's the one who will make things work. Ilya also helped my parents and my parents-in-law to purchase their homes in 2022, and everything went smoothly. So, we have worked with Ilya for more than 5 years now. IIya worked really hard to help us move into a home that checked most of all major boxes for us. He made himself available during all major decisions and bumps along the way. He is a very caring person with a heart of gold and always greets you with a smile and an action plan. With our trust in IIya we also had him sell our condo unit which was in the exact timeline we needed!

The TLDR: Ilya is a professional, patient, and efficient realtor who will make sure you are happy with the new home you will buy. He will involve you in the process and is very responsive despite how busy he is. Very hard working person. 11 out of 10 experience. The long version: It is impossible to describe truly how amazing Ilya and Fair Realty is, but I will try my best to put it into words. My experience with Ilya began in 2019 when I was a renter for a property he managed. Ilya was very professional, personable, and very patient with all of my questions and needs. He coordinated quickly between the owner and my household, and managed all of the repairs and issues we had throughout the 2 years we rented. Towards the beginning of the 2021 year my wife and I decided we wanted to take the plunge to find a home in the absolute insane Los Angeles real estate market. We first went with a different realtor who was recommended from a close friend. He was very nice but we felt that we were never really involved in the process. He was quiet, and did not make us feel as if he was fighting for us. We saw probably close to three places per week from April to September with breaks in between, and did a lot of our own research. As we went along in the process, we were not seeing any results and were never really considered for a bid (even though we had the capital). Finally my wife said enough was enough and we reached out to Ilya. Long story short, he was the complete opposite. Ilya involved us in the process from the get-go. He did a lot of the little things I didn't realize at first how important it was such as CC us in emails with our mortgage lender and explain to us what sellers look for in a buyer. We felt like we wasted a lot of time going with the other guy. Ilya made sure he lined up a bunch of places to see on a day that worked best for us. The most impressive part was during the first showing with Ilya he came with a notebook full of notes and information, and told us how he had already been schmoozing with the other agent. Things the other guy never did. Funny enough we ended up placing a bid on the first home we saw with Ilya, got the place, and are living in our own home right now! Probably was a coincidence but to us we felt it was all thanks to Ilya lol. Anyway, long story short, Ilya is your guy!
