Stephanie Vitacco and her team were exceptional. We really appreciated how well they communicated with us every step of the way. The sale of our property was a bit complicated. We had a business with a long-term tenant. Stephanie informed us from the very beginning that this would be a more difficult property to sell. Stephanie and her team put a great deal of time and effort into marketing our property and despite the complications, she sold it for us for a price we were happy with. Stephanie and her entire team including Chung and Sue are incredible! Their attention to detail, professionalism, pace, and thoughtfulness is top-notch. Stephanie, a letter of gratitude. When the dearest person in my life passed, the only, and I mean ONLY positive aspect was meeting Stephanie. Exceptional is an extreme understatement. To define Stephanie and her team is difficult for me, but here is a shot at the best: Highest competency, professionalism, communication, flawless. Not to mention multiple offers, short escrow and ROI. Yeah, that too. She REALLY knows what she is talking about. When she makes a suggestion, take it.
