Michael did a fantastic job helping me and my family find and purchase our home. He was extremely diligent in quickly setting up tours for the various properties we looked at, and continued working with us for months as we toured homes across the county. He was always available for assistance, quick to respond to texts and emails, and helped connect us with everyone we needed throughout the entire process. Michael was always punctual and upbeat when meeting in person, and provided vital insight into the home-buying process. I'd be happy to work with him again in the future.

Tracey K is amazing. We needed to sell our current home and buy another and we had her as our agent for both buying and selling. I was impressed by her professionalism and how she stayed on top of everything. I really love her constantly reminding us about things. We are not experienced buyers/sellers and we forget things. I loved how I didn't have to constantly check what I needed to do, but simply sign the forms she sent to us. She was also really patient to explain what the terms on contracts meant, what strategy to take when making a counter offer, and what to prioritize after inspection. I'm grateful that she pushed hard to have both escrows closed before Thanksgiving which were supposed to close one week later. It felt like. when you first join a company, a senior member holds your hand and teaches you step by step. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to sell/buy a house but feels insecure about getting overwhelmed by the grueling process.
