Jack is a true professional and a joy to work with! He always made himself available and guided me through every step of the process in selling my condo. He is a seasoned realtor and knows the market extremely well. I was out of state when we put it on the market and he went above and beyond in taking care of the condo in my absence (even watered the plants!). I highly recommend him!

My husband and I recently worked with Jack to buy a property in Silverthorne. Our needs have changed since we purchased our first property here in 2020 and we found ourselves wanting a bit more space to accommodate the two of us, our dog and the friends & family who love to visit. Jack Carpenter was an invaluable resource to me during my first home bying experience. Jack was incredibly responsive, he answered all of my silly questions without making me feel they were silly, and he always explained things in a way that I could easily understand. He has extensive knowledge of the county and communities, and he knows what it takes to buy property in Summit County. He was well prepared with strategies and he had the perseverance and patience it took to help my dream become a reality! Jack did a fantastic job as our realtor. He tailored the experience to our needs and was responsive, proactive and always willing to answer our questions to make sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
