Ned and Debbie really listened to what we were both looking for and showed us a variety throughout summit county. They communicated well and often via email, text and phone calls. They followed up and met us whenever we were available to drive to the mountains. They negotiated well on our behalf and helped us with every detail through purchase. We have also found many local vendors and restaurants through them.

Debbie is hands down one of the very best real estate professionals we have ever worked with. My husband and I stumbled across an unplanned opportunity to make an offer on what turned out to be our dream home. Given the last-minute nature of the arrangement with the sellers, we had the opportunity to work with Debbie as a Transaction Broker, as opposed to a full Realtor. But in no way did Debbie's reduced role in the transaction limit her involvement, support, friendship or guidance. In fact, her impeccable service quickly shot her to the top of the list of all the realtors we've ever worked with (and we've worked with many over the years). Debbie knows the beating heart of Summit County, she understands the trends, the things to look out for, and what makes this community so unique. She's well-connected to all of the individuals who will support you as you work through financing, inspections, title companies, etc. We felt extremely supported throughout the entire process. In fact, Debbie provided much more insight and transparency into the minutia of real estate transactions than most, meaning that we were able to enter into a very serious commitment with knowledge and confidence. This empowerment was so appreciated. We can't recommend Debby highly enough, and while we don't see ourselves leaving our dream home, if we do, Debbie will be the first person we call.

Ned, Debbie, Ashley and the whole Nelson / Walley team is EXCELLENT! From the first meeting to chat about selling our house, to the fully squared away staging process, to the actual sale - Highly efficient! Fully managed and organized process. We lived in Summit County for 20 years, and we would highly recommend working with this very knowledgeable and professional team.
