Jackie was prompt returning our inquiry within 45 minutes. She was extremely knowledgeable and tried to gather all of our data. Based on historical closing times, she recommended moving up our virtual walk-through to ensure we were able to get our foot in the door prior to any other offers being presented to the sellers. Her persistence with answering any and all of our questions in a timely fashion proved she will go above and beyond for her clients. I'd recommend her to anyone looking to purchase in this area.

My wife and I were interested in buying a house, but we did not have any connection to a realty company. As a result of browsing houses on Zillow I found Jackie, and it was honestly the best thing that could have happened. She made the home buying process very easy and she had great insight into the Charleston area and the real estate industry in general. She was very responsive, super friendly, hard working, and always willing to go out of her way for us to ensure that we got what we wanted. You won't find a better realtor. Trusting Jackie is very easy and it was the best decision we ever made. She helped us through the process of a new home build, which seemed overwhelming for us, but Jackie made it such an enjoyable process. Jackie was so so great to work with! My husband and I started looking for a house and it took us a while to find the perfect place. Jackie was so great about sending us home options, taking note of what we liked and disliked about the houses we saw, and making sure that we weren't settling for something we didn't want. She was super responsive - even on nights and weekends. We ended up having an earnest money dispute with a contract, which was new for us, as well as for Jackie. She helped us walk through our legal documents and learned with us through the process. Hopefully, nobody else runs into the same problem we did but it was a good learning experience for everyone involved. Jackie is one of those people that you feel like you can be friends with and I never felt nervous to voice my opinions or tell her what I didn't like about a property. She's just the sweetest and we couldn't have found our first home without her!

Jackie has been great! She is extremely responsive, gives great advice, and has a wealth of knowledge. She is quick to get anything done you may need and advocates for her clients at all time. I am so happy we went with Jackie, and I highly recommend her. You are really able to take a step back and let her handle everything which has been such a relief after working with other realtors. Overall great experience!
