Chloe helped make our first home buying experience a very smooth one. From the start when she showed us listings and scheduled private showings for us, she was very punctual and allowed us to take our time. She is really knowledgeable about the market, she's extremely responsive and was available for any questions or concerns we had throughout the process. Chloe really cares about her clients and was a pleasure to work with!

When I was pregnant I happened to find Chloe by chance and I was glad I did. It was my first time homebuying and have never looked for a home before. I told Chloe my price range and what I was looking for in a home, I disclosed to her some health issues I was dealing with at the time and she took everything into consideration. The housing market was tough, but she sent me emails of new listings daily. She also made recommendations of towns to expand our search to find a home. I also looked for listings on my own as well using apps such as Zillow or Realtor, but she almost always had those listings included in her emails unless they were under contract or there was some issue with the house. She helped a lot with the legwork in a tough market while I was busy dealing with well, being pregnant. Chloe was also knowledgeable of the towns and school districts we were looking in. We resumed the home search after the baby was born and it did not take long (approximately a month) for her to help us find a house we loved. Chloe was very helpful, professional, prompt. She was also very kind to my baby who often came with us to see houses.

Chloe was incredibly helpful throughout the process of finding our perfect place. From the beginning Chloe was punctual and very professional. Every time me and my partner had a question in regard of the place, the application process or the town itself, she answered in a timely manner. Lastly, when receiving our keys to our place, Chole was EXTREAMLY thoughtful and gifted us "Welcome home" gift with a few thoughtful items.... it was a very beautiful touch. Thank you Chloe for your kind and fantastic customer service.

Jackie is just brilliant to work with. She holds your hand when you need her to but she's also honest (not in a brutal way!) so you know exactly what's going on with your property as well as the rest of the market, so nasty surprises don't occur! She works with a wonderful photographer to be able to present pictures which absolutely show your property in the best light and remember,that "the decision is made in the first 30secs" is a decision on the internet these days, without great online presentation, you won't get buyers anywhere near your front door. Of course she does all the basics right such as being available and addressing issues and concerns in a timely manner and honestly, I so enjoyed working with her she's no longer my realtor but sincerely, is my good friend.

Working with Jackie was an amazing experience. She is very knowledgeable, and is always quick to respond. That coupled with her experience in the field makes her a fantastic source of information both during the buying process and after when you're not sure of who to call. I highly recommend considering Jackie as an agent.
