Jim was a great help in choosing our home in Sparks NV. His local knowledge and expertise help steer our decision in the property we ended up choosing. I've purchased 2 homes in the last five years and for both occasions, I had gone thru Jim and his team. Jim is very honest, thorough, and knowledgeable about everything from buying process to market projection and building/repair codes. I trust his eye for detail and understanding of what to look for in a home beyond attractive decor. More than anything, his high degree of integrity is what makes me reach out to him. Jim is very trustworthy, and he looks out for your best interest. For both of my transactions he has helped me negotiate deals below asking price in a sellers market. Even after closing, I still reach out to him for real estate and home improvement advices. I plan on going thru Jim for my next real estate transaction in the future.

Jim and Dawn are simply awesome. They are professional in all areas. They work well with other real estate agents working through both the selling and buying processes. They continue to grow and they stay up to date on the real estate laws and requirements. Whenever we need to connect with them, they answer their phones and emails quickly even when they are out of town. We have bought and sold several properties and homes with Jim and Dawn and always deal honestly and fairly. We would not dream of buying or selling real estate without them.

We bought our first home in 2012 from Jim and Dawn and had such a great experience with them that we used them again to sell that same home last month. Jim and Dawn are amazing people to work with. Jim goes above and beyond in helping you every step of the way. He focuses greatly on the little details that many other people overlook. They are both very professional,friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I am currently looking for my next home and obviously chose to continue working with Jim and Dawn. Great team!
