James was excellent in assisting me on buying my home. I was extremely picky on what I was looking for and James demonstrated a great deal of patience in dealing with me. James continues to keep in contact with me throughout the buying process. He kept me informed and helped manage every inspection of the multiple homes I had made bids on. After having an issue with my original lender (They disappeared) James made a recommendation for a local lending company the turned out to be an incredible recommendation especially since the house I ended up buying was a few doors down from the house my lender owns. James was even kind enough to show up to my closing to ensure I was comfortable with everything. James has also been a life long local of the Brevard County area. James has several good contacts for local homeowners services as well a great deal of knowledge of the area. Looking for good bars, restaurants, schools, shopping, etc James will have the answers for you.

James was very responsive to my questions and devoted more than adequate time in selling my home. I've bought and sold multiple homes over the my lifetime in Brevard County and he is the most professional and dedicated realtor I have ever dealt with. He is honest, driven and strives for perfection.

We met James through a call for info on one of his listings, and feel very fortunate that we did! We were out of state, and just had limited time on a couple of trips to house hunt. James honed in on real potentials, read our tastes, and found us a fabulous "new" old home, we love it. We trusted him with all our on the ground needs from inspections to mortgage and insurance. Reliable.persistent with how things work and willing to go the extra mile in helping you out.would use him again! Was always ready to show me properties and gave me multiple options on homes.
