Aracely was great, Knew her stuff and was very efficient in communication. She has a great network that helps her solve any issues that come up in the buying process and I would recommend her to any first home buyer.

My wife and I were first time home buyers, and Jami came highly recommend for folks in our situation. I couldn't be more thankful for all of Jami and her team's help through this process. We were informed throughout, she helped with negotiations, home inspections, etc, etc. We had a lot of knowledge gaps and Jami was legitimately excited to help us navigate every quirk we hit in the process. Communication was top notch too, really must be said. We were prepared and ahead of the game basically every step of the way. I'm the type of person that has to overprepare and be early for everything, and Jami was right there with us in lockstep, making sure we had everything we need. We rarely ever had to reach out to her, the communication was proactive, reaching out to us, keeping us informed, making sure we had everything we need. Love our new home, couldn't he happier or more thankful!

Aracely Graves is a hard working, focused real estate agent that is committed to helping her client find best home for their particular needs. She will represent your interests and is very good about responding to any questions that come up during the buying process. My husband wanted a two week escrow on the home, and she delivered it in a very efficient manner. I definitely recommend her to anyone buying in the Springfield, Illinois area.
