Jan was absolutely amazing through the whole process. She worked with two of our friends previously for their purchases and they recommended her with glowing reviews. She is very knowledgeable with the area, and even outside of the area we were looking for. She was always touching base with us and giving us recommendations throughout our buying process, and she was always quick to respond when we had questions. When we were approved for a loan, Jan worked well with our loan officer and processor to ensure everything was running smoothly and the closing went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend working with Jan.. she is a ROCKSTAR!

Jan is seasoned professional who skillfully guided us throughout the entire process of selling our home. Jan knows the local market and knows what buyers want. Her suggestions allowed us to consider several offers within days of listing the property, and quickly sold our house at prime value. Jan does all of this while listening to you as the seller and being patient with all questions and concerns. Than is the only agent we would consider for help with a Beaver County property.

We went with Jan because she has been a top performer at Berkshire Hathaway for at least the last 5 years. She has worked with several people we know in the area and they all had nothing but great things to say about Jan. She goes out of her way to make sure you're taken care of and that you're informed at every step of the way. There were no hidden surprises and she set expectations at every stage. We were completely prepared and this was the easiest most painless home buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Our needs continuously evolved as we learned more about what we really wanted; Jan was highly informed, patient and kind. We are selling our old home with her, will work with her for any future homes, and will highly recommend her services to anyone we know that is looking to buy or sell.
