I would give Erin a six star rating if possible! We loved our house but wanted to downsize and move to the country. We started interviewing for Agents, Erin was the second interviewed. After meeting Erin we knew we wanted her to represent us so we stopped our Agent search. She had such a pleasing personality and offered much needed advice. The process of selling your house is extremely stressfull, Erin took all our worries away. She is beyond knowledgeable of the process, staging and paperwork!! She is completely honest when reviewing your house and she knows what sells! She went above and beyond our expectations in every way. We did not worry at all through the whole process from listing to closing as we knew we were in good hands. We have already recommended her to several close friends.

Majda did a great job selling my condo. She has an intimate knowledge of all of the steps required to prepare, list and sell property. She did EVERYTHING in handling my sale; all I had to do was to answer Yes or No questions, as she did all of the work. I felt totally comfortable depending on her judgment and her decisions. It was a pleasure working with someone who is both competent and personable.

Our experience with Gina and her team as a buyer’s representation was exceptional. As first time home buyers and not very long living in the Pittsburgh area, we were nervous about navigating the market but Gina assisted us every step of the way. We knew the type of house we were interested in and we were looking for a realtor that has great experience in the local market as well as in the negotiation phase. Gina checked off all the boxes after our representation interview and she detailed very well every aspect of buyers representation and what we need to expect. Her detailed market analysis was crucial for our first offer which led us to finally buying our new home :). Gina’s negotiation skills and experience was a key in our home buying process. In addition to the professional side, Gina really shows that she cares which made the whole process easier and we would largely recommend her and her team for a buyer representation.

Erin was absolutely amazing. As a first time home buyer, the process can be so intimidating and overwhelming. Erin helped us through the process and did such an amazing job explaining every step of the way. She was super responsive when we had questions or wanted to view houses, and helped us figure out what we wanted in a house. She made sure we stayed on top of everything we needed to do for closing and ensured we closed on time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy their first home.
