Jane did an excellent job selling my house. Jane was very knowledgeable in her job. She knew what the current market was and was very negotiable. She always answered my questions in a timely manner.

My husband and I worked with Jane Bartlett in 2014 when we bought our 1st home. It was the easiest and best experience we could’ve hoped for. She was patient with us (as we looked at MANY homes) and while she was always professional and poised, she was very kind and welcoming. We stayed in that house for 3 years until we had to move for my husband’s work, Jane also helped us in selling that house! Fast forward to the present and here we are in our rental that we are now wanting to buy. There’s no one better we could think to call than Jane. It was like meeting up with a good friend you haven’t seen in years. She makes it easy and explains everything she’s doing. It doesn’t matter how many questions we ask, she answers with a smile(: she is incredibly thorough which gives us a huge piece of mind in every area of the buying/selling process. Even though we live out of town now, she still drove an hour and a half for our home inspection. She always goes above and beyond and we’re blessed to have found her!

I first contacted Jane Bartlett when my husband and I decided to sell a 1954 brick ranch home that I had inherited from my parents. Jane is easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable, and she was a tremendous help to us throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated her willingness to communicate via text messaging because it allowed us to get quick answers to our questions. The house was in extremely poor condition because it had been used as a rental property and had not been updated in over 30 years. My husband and I had never renovated a home before, so we were thankful to have Jane's guidance as we made decisions about how to get the most value from our limited renovation budget. The project took far longer than we expected, but Jane was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. We were pleased with how the home turned out as a result of our renovation efforts, but Jane deserves just as much credit for helping us to sell the house for top dollar. After we finished the renovations, she photographed the home very professionally and put together an awesome listing. We were especially excited when she found several high-value comps in the area that enabled us to sell the property for about $25,000 more than we had expected! Jane Bartlett is the best, and I highly recommend her services!

If you want a professional and experienced realtor, Jane is that and everything more. She was fantastic in answering all of our questions and helping in the purchase of our new home. Never felt rushed or pushed in any direction. Took our ideas and found homes that would fit our requirements and scheduled showings. Very helpful with dealing with the selling agent and coordinating with the finance company. Thanks Jane you ROCK!
