Tim did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. He always listened to me and my wife. He clearly answered every question. He aways acted with honesty and integrity. No surprises. His can do attitude is contagious. I feel blessed to have had Tim working for us.

Tim is so knowledgeable about the market and constantly reviews trends. When we were preparing to put our house on the market, he provided outstanding contacts for any sort of repair needed. He prepared an outstanding marketing package including gorgeous photos. When it came time for negotiations he provided wise guidance. As we moved out before the closing, he even helped by taking some extra boxes and trash away. He is excellent at what he does and I recommend him highly and with no reservations whatsoever. I would ask his help again in a heartbeat. To top all this off he is truly such a kind man!

There is a lot of great things to say about Tim. He came highly recommended by a friend and I’m so thankful I reached out to Tim Cowan. He is the go-to for anyone looking for a reliable realtor to sell their home. Tim is exceptional and comes highly knowledgeable of the housing market, very efficient(love the photoshoot package), responsive and valuable throughout every step of the process. Tim alongside Lauren Stewart were both a delight and made the process flawless, home was under contract in less than 5days. Thanks very much for all you do!!

My husband and I can’t say enough great things about Tim. We reached out to Tim after hearing about him from an associate and we are so happy that we did. Tim got right down to business, he was very knowledgeable about the market, and we felt that he went above and beyond making sure that we were purchasing the right home for our family. He was VERY responsive and he listened to what we wanted and delivered! We are absolutely in love with our home and we can’t thank him enough! We recommend Tim and we will always refer our friends and family to him for their real estate needs! Tim is the man! Oh and we had the pleasure of also working with his assistant Lauren. She was amazing and very professional!
