Jared helped us to both buy and sell a home. His trustworthiness and candidness stood out as his best qualities. He was helpful and knowledgeable but when he didn’t nt know an answer he was honest about it and then worked to find that answer, that is something I appreciate. When he represented us as buyers he was never pushy, instead he asked what we wanted/needed and helped us find our home. As a selling agent he was honest about our property’s condition/value but was aggressive enough to secure us a great selling price. Did I mention the property we were selling was at least an hour from his home market? I honestly couldn’t say enough good about him. Whether you are looking to buy or sell, Jared is the man for the job. Thank you again sir for all your hard work for our family!

I'm a first time home buyer. Jared was awesome he helped us through the whole process from finding a home to closing on one. It was an over all great experience. I would definitely use him again when I'm ready to sell and buy in the future.

He was a pleasure to work with,very helpful and got back to me in a timely manner. Was professional but also very friendly. If I had any issues he was available for me. He was quick to get me walk thru 's as well

Jared Coover was :on the ball". He and his office responded quickly to my inquiry about listing, and Jared came to our first meeting prepared with documentation about the property.
