Joyce is our go-to realtor. We have gone to her for help in selling two of my in-law's houses and we are planning to enlist her help again when we purchase a home in the coming year. She is great about communication and makes the process easy!

Joyce, was so very helpful with our whole experience. When we put the house on the market, we had mentioned to Joyce that we would like a quick sale. Little did we know, Joyce was actually able to get an offer with in the first 24 hours after the house was listed. With in 3 days we had 3 offers, all of which were of asking price or above. Joyce was so considerate of our needs as the sellers, and again was so helpful through the entire process. Keeping us informed of all details the entire time. Joyce was a wonderful agent ! I came to her with doubt that there was anything that was for me . I was a single first time buyer that reached out for help in finding something in my price range and not needing tons of work to move in . Joyce was texting and calling me with prospects and was on spot with appointments to see the houses and was very helpful and knowledgeable about structure and upgrades. Joyce is truly a gem in the realty world ! I am so glad I found her !!

Joyce went above and beyond assisted me as a first time home buyer. Her expertise in the housing market was extremely helpful when finding the right home for me. She diligently answered any question I asked and she shared her concern when noticed flaws in our tours. Job well done, Joyce!
