We just closed escrow, thanks to Ryan Allison and jay, Ryan was always there for us when I sat there for us I mean on all the appointments and house showing he made sure he was the first and we’re last to come to the location, we were so picky of our place it took a while but Ryan stick with us no problem and always there for us, special thanks to Allison also she was always informative of all the process we have to do, we don’t have to worry about anything it was a nice experience, thanks guys!!

My experience with Ray was excellent! He was always available. There wasn't a single time he did not answer his phone. There are so many people involved in the home buying process, the lender, escrow, but if they're not reachable that's an issue. Ray made it easier for me by answering all my questions right away and reaching out to the rest of the parties on my behalf to get things done. I would very much recommend Ray and Homearly to friends and family!

Had a wonderful experience with Sam Kungli! Moving to Orange County cross country was a tremendous task and finding a home that was within our price range and met our likes was even tougher! Sam was simply outstanding in her ability to find us a home. She took the time to vet homes we found online, weeding out homes where the pictures online didn’t represent reality. Sam was also understanding and listened to our needs and applied no pressure during the process. Her only interest was us being happy with the home we truly wanted and she facilitated every transaction with that in mind. Her responsiveness and attention to detail put my mind at ease and I’d highly recommend her and her team for any home buying or selling needs! Mind you this review is coming from a very demanding perfectionist who’s not easy to please. I’ve moved 9 times in 15 years and this was my best experience with my realtor! I worked with Chandra to buy my current home and it was such a joy to work with her. She is respectful, kind, professional and above all really listened to me and cared about what I wanted. On top of that, she explained anything to me clearly that I didn’t understand. She was also patient with me since this was my first time buying my house on my own. I would totally recommend working with Chandra. I will when I buy my next property.
