I had to work with Jay very remotely as I was 3 hours away from the property that was part of an estate. He was highly responsive and knew the market. It was a difficult sale with various situation in the entire building, he handled them all. I sincerely appreciated when he ran over to Condo to handle big and small tasks that saved me multiple day trips. It was a hard fought process that in the end I credit him fully with getting the deal done.

Moving from PA to MD was no joke at our age, especially given the distance and the frequent trips my wife and I had to make to view homes in areas that we were looking to resettle in. Jay was unfailingly polite, helpful, responsive and willing to drive miles out of his way in his efforts to help us find the perfect home. He is, in my opinion, the perfect realtor in every way. We found our ideal home with his help and we could not be happier with the support and guidance we received from him. The home we bought met our expectations in every respect. Jay helped make the process as painless and as smooth as possible. When unexpected glitches at the very least minute threatened to derail the transaction, he stepped in and went far beyond what I would expect of a realtor to bring everything back under control and to make sure the transaction went through as planned. Jay helped me buy my first home and he made it feel as if it was a very easy experience. He was very knowledgeable about many of the areas we viewed homes in, and if he didn't know the answer to a question I asked, he was sure to find the answer as quickly as possible. Once I found the house I was most interested in, he got the bid over to the seller very quickly and always kept me updated throughout the process no matter what was happening.I am extremely happy with the outcome and happy to say he made my home buying experience easy and stress free.

Jay was very polite and friendly to work with. He answered any question I had right away no matter the day or time, and always worked with my schedule. He took good care of me in helping me find my first home. I would definitely like to work with Jay again in the future.

Jay was awesome. From the very start he went out of his way to accommodate us and show us the houses and lots which were available. He was able to answer all of our thousands of questions. He made the signing of the contract and the closing process easier than I could ever imagine. I would highly recommend Jay to anyone!
