Jeana helped us buy a house 3.5 years ago and then helped us sale it three years later. She is a pro at what she does and she makes what is a stressful process into something that was simple and stress free. She is honest, has connections, has great knowledge of the area, and great general knowledge of helping answer any questions you may have. We highly recommend her!

Listed house late in the year, and still sold in 2 weeks at full asking price!!!!! She was very pleasant as well as professional. Taking the time to teach and explain all the way through from listing to closing.She gets 10 Stars!!!!

Jeanna did and expert job helping us through the home buying process. After looking at many houses, she found just the right home for us. She led us through the price negotiation and we were able to buy within an affordable range. She answered all phone calls and kept us informed every step of the way. Once we moved in, we had plumbing issues the first day. I called her for advice, she sent her "handyman" and he fixed everything. When I asked how much we owed, he told us Jeana was taking care of it! Thank you Jeana!

Jeana was great to work with. My wife and I knew we were moving to Garden from Topeka in 30 days and that we either had to find and buy a house or find a rental in time for when we moved there. Jeana stayed home from a weekend getaway that she had planned just so she could help us find a home knowing our deadline. She took us to around 10-12 houses. She gave us honest feedback, and seemed to know the perfect time of when to give us some time alone to talk about each house. We did find a house we liked a lot and we bought it. It has been nine months later now and Jeana still makes it known that she is available to answer any questions that we may have about the community. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor!

Jeana was amazing to work with. She was very knowledgeable and willing to work with us in any way we needed. Any questions we had she was able to answer in a very timely manner. I have nothing but good things to say about Jeana. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
