My partner and I were moving from Manhattan to the Garden city area. We were on a tight schedule, and the market was tough.. Very few (1 or 2 in the whole area) rentals available, and desirable houses were snapped up in a matter of day(s) after entering the market. We weren't sure how it would all work out, but we had to make it work somehow.. We would either find a house, or be living in a hotel for the foreseeable future... My partner and I are both in our mid twenties, and had never owned a home before, so we weren't exactly sure what we wanted or needed. Peggy took the time to show us a variety of houses. We saw some smaller cheaper ones, some in nicer parts of town, a few rentals, and a few rural homes. We were both constantly impressed with Peggy's patience and knowledge. She understood and sympathized with us.. She knew this was a HUGE deal for us, and we were stressed and unsure. Something that really put our mind at ease in addition to Peggy's attitude while working with us was her familiarity with the area, and the people. Peggy has a person for EVERYTHING. She called up 3 or 4 different realtors, she called several rental owners, she texted and called our mortgage broker, she called the woman at the title company. We're sitting there in her office and she's just calling these people for us, taking loads off our shoulders, and she KNOWS THEM ALL! Like.. they're all friends and are working together to help us.. It was such a great feeling and experience. Now ultimately we did end up buying a rural country home - which is what we ultimately decided we wanted. The reason it all worked out though was due to Peggy. She knew what we wanted and had been working with a different couple who planned to list their home. She let us know - 'this home will be going on the market tomorrow, but I am able to show it to you today'.. she assured us that it would be a great fit for us, and that acting fast would be in our best interest. So that's what we did. We made the 4.5 hour drive that morning. Offered on it that afternoon, and that evening, our offer was accepted. We've been here for about a month know and love it. We've become friends with Peggy outside of this business interaction as well! I honestly do not have a negative thing to say about Peggy as a realtor or as a person. It was an absolute blessing to have had her recommended to us and I write this very sincerely: IF YOU NEED A REALTOR IN THE GARDEN CITY AREA CHOOSE PEGGY GLUNT WITH ENVISION REAL ESTATE!

Peggy helped make the buying process smooth and easy for us! She was great to work with! Anytime we asked questions or wanted to see the house again before we closed on it, she was always willing to meet with us and help!

My wife and I are moving to Garden city Kansas. Being immigrants and from Bay Area, I was always nervous about finding the right home in the right neighborhood. Working with Peggy to go through the home buying process completely took away all my fears and made it a joyous experience. First of all she made us feel very welcome. More than selling a home she cared about us first and foremost and treated us as a neighbor and a friend more than a client. She found the right home for us and gave us the right advice and she was with us throughout this process. She patiently answered any questions I had and advised me on critical things that i would have missed otherwise. She went out of her way many a time such as helping is secure a loan. Once we bought our home, we were planning to move in a couple of months after I bought the home and in the interim period she visited the property and checked every thing was ok. She also helped us connect and introduce us with other families in the neighborhood. Overall I highly recommend working with Peggy if you are out to buy a home in Garden city. With Peggy you not only get an agent, but also a good friend.

Peggy is the best of the best, any question I had Peggy had the answer! Very knowledgeable and professional! We found our beautiful home and couldn’t be happier!

My wife and I have been working with Peggy for over a year now and after all her hard work and dedication we were able to buy a beautiful house in Southwind thanks to her ! I can not express how grateful we were to have her as a realtor. Thanks a million Peggy.
