We hired Jeanne Lofgren to help us sell our parents' house in Carle Place/Westbury area. It seemed like it would be a simple request but we ran into all kinds of issues with the Town of North Hempstead. Because of all of that, Jeanne had to actually sell the house twice in 18 months and do all kinds of things in the interim. Jeanne was terrific to work with and was a tremendous help to us as we were on our extended journey to finally selling the house and closing yesterday. There is no way we could have sold it without her help and knowledge of the market and who can do what to help us get things done in the house. She is terrific to work with and while most people will likely not need her to do as much as we needed her to do, it is good to know that she is up for the task!
