Jonathan is absolutely excellent! He was patient throughout this process he heard me in every situation and constantly had something positive to say. House hunting can be a very difficult and overwhelming process and many times I just wanted to give up but he motivated me to continue my journey and reminded me about the light at the end of the tunnel. Jonathan you helped me find my dream home with such grace and for that I will always recommend you to all of my family and friends!

Working with Laurie Riechert and her team, (William and Jonathan Riechert) was an absolute pleasure. They knew my market, my concerns and made purchasing a home an absolute breeze. From day 1 till closing, I was never stressed, I was kept up to date with all information, changes, and any issues that always come up. It was one of the fastest and easiest closings, I have been a part of. From the moment we met at the home I purchased, Laurie and her team made me feel like the most important client they had. Selling our home of 45 years was a difficult decision, and we couldn’t have had a better shepherd through the process than Laurie. It was a pleasure working with Jonathan. He was very responsive and helpful. He was always very eager in providing listings of properties and did a great job coordinating viewings. Definitely would look forward to working with him in the future.

Laurie and her son, Jonathan, were extremely helpful when we were looking for houses from out of state. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to house hunt via FaceTime. While there were some technical difficulties from time to time, Laurie and Jonathan stuck it out and showed us many houses. After finding the one that worked for my wife and I, they were able to walk around with the home inspector in our stead. There were several other favors that Laurie and Jonathan did to help us in this journey. All in all, they made a stressful, fast-paced, home buying process feel much easier than it really was.
