I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience I had with Carol Guist as my realtor. From beginning to end; from selling to buying; Carol put forth 100% effort in making each transaction easy and flawless. Her knowledge and level of effort is over the top! She is genuine, professional, detail oriented, hard working, thorough and will exceed your expectations! Carol’s experience with other realtors, her negotiating skills, and access to to top notch related professionals needed to complete all steps of the selling/buying process were impeccable. I have used Carol twice to sell and then buy my houses (4 transactions) and I can’t imagine using anyone else!

Carol is the epitome of professional and personable. She walked us through all of our questions with such patience which was extremely comforting, especially during a time of uncertainty in 2020. Her marketing skills were unmatched, and she helped put our house on the market and sell within 3 weeks! It was clear to us that Carol was extremely knowledgeable and her attention to detail shines through in every step of the process. We cannot recommend Carol Guist enough!

Carol was amazing to work with! She has the process down and made it easy for us to get our home on the market successfully. Her team is great as well. She listened to us and allowed us to be hands on and work together through the process. We got top dollar for our home! She goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend Carol!

Carol is the most AMAZING realtor out there!! She really takes the time to get to know you and understand exactly what you are looking for in a home! She truly cares about her clients and puts in 110% of her time and energy to ensure she finds you the perfect house! We were first time home buyers and she made sure to explain every step of the process to us-we could not have done it without her!! We are so thankful we walked into one of her open houses and met her! If you are looking for the best of best to help you find your new home, you have to work with Carol Guist!!

We were VERY happy with ALL of Carol's handling of our home sale. She works hard and does not let up to the very end. She was wise and specific on our "homework" to get our home ready, handled staging, marketing, open houses, and working with buyer and lawyers with diligence and excellence. She has a system and works it well. Expertise and hustle combined.
