Heaven was so great to work with. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible from the moment I started working with her! Ive worked with several realtors throughout the years and Heaven was definitely the best I’ve worked with! She checked in with me and was always on top of new listings and was always available for showings! I highly recommend working with Heaven if you’re in the area.

You have to work with Lloyd Spragg….a true professional! He was extremely helpful in our home buying process…….from A to Z. Lloyd is very focused, organized, communicates effectively and is very, very responsive….which made the process run smoothly. He went above and beyond our expectations. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and reliable. He is a true asset to Anderson Real Estate Group. He always “knows a guy” which takes the “worries” out of the home buying process. Sean has been a world-class agent throughout our home buying process. He asked very thorough questions on what we were looking for, our budget, and areas of interest. I could tell right away he listened because each place he found was more beautiful than the last. You wouldn't have believed he was a newcomer to the areas we were scouting because he came with so much information about the area. He even went through the tedious process of contacting public agencies on our behalf to glean extra information prior to purchasing. We went ahead and bought the very first property he showed us! He is patient, energetic, and extremely dedicated to his clients. I cannot recommend him enough!

I have Purchased and sold probably seven homes over the years. Heaven Larribas and the ANDERSON team were amazing. If I had any issues they were available 24 hours a day and the entire transaction was flawless from start to finish. I’ve never had such an easy real estate transaction. The sale was quick easy without any issues or problems. It was almost like a dream come true. This is how anyone would want their real estate sale or purchase to go.
