Lloyd was great overall. He took the extra time to drive all the way from long Beach to like Valencia, Santa Clarita areas to do the tour with us. He was really helpful explaining the process and walking us through the various steps involved. He is really good at putting forward what to expect in advance, which really helped us keep tabs on where we are and what to expect all together. The thing I really liked about him is the readiness to answer any questions at any time during the process and if he is unsure trying to get the answers from the sellers or the source to find that answer.

Heaven was so great to work with. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible from the moment I started working with her! Ive worked with several realtors throughout the years and Heaven was definitely the best I’ve worked with! She checked in with me and was always on top of new listings and was always available for showings! I highly recommend working with Heaven if you’re in the area.

You have to work with Lloyd Spragg….a true professional! He was extremely helpful in our home buying process…….from A to Z. Lloyd is very focused, organized, communicates effectively and is very, very responsive….which made the process run smoothly. He went above and beyond our expectations.
