We sold our home in the Denver metro area and bought a home in Montrose. Our Denver realtor and personal friend interviewed a few realtors in the Montrose area and put us in touch with Jennifer. It was such a great choice. Jen really knows the area and is well-connected with the real estate community and overall Montrose community. She's down-to-earth and easy to get to know. Her knowledge of the sales process was a significant benefit. She's responsive and kept us in the loop. We also had the pleasure of working with her associate, Megan. We lucked out when we found Jen & Megan! They truly went above and beyond for both our new home purchase and our old house sale. From staging to making phone calls and negotiating a great deal for us we were relieved to have them on our side. Trena is the best realtor out there. Sure, that statement is based upon our experience with her but we cannot imagine a real estate service being handled in a more professional yet friendly manner. Trena kept us totally informed and educated during the listing, sale, and closing of our house. For the many visits of potential buyers to the several visits the final buyers had, we were never caught off guard by the visit. Trena always made sure that we knew what to expect. She understands that her clients go through the sale or purchase of a house only once in a long time and, accordingly, they lack common understanding. Trena did a great job of keeping us from feeling ignorant. She definitely believes that “no question is a dumb question.” I feel that we got top dollar for our house and, not only were we happy but so were the buyers. We have no complaints and only praise for Trena Unrein.
