Ashley was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was insanely responsive whenever we called or texted him. He had answers to all of our questions - if he didn’t have an answer immediately he would call the right person to get that answer for us. As first time buyers he helped us navigate the process as seamlessly as possible and helped us negotiate a deal we were happy with. He is very thorough, often catching things we didn’t ourselves - even found an extra $700 charge in our closing papers we weren’t supposed to pay. Ashley is a hard worker and was in our court the entire time. Will recommend him to anyone we know looking for a home in the future.

Purchasing a home from the other side of the country is not an easy feat, but Ashley was a tremendous help for Daniel and I. He was dedicated to understanding our needs and preferences. Ashley did an amazing job helping us find a home for our cross country move! Very knowledgeable on VA benefits. Very quick to respond and get answers to our questions. Incredibly helpful and friendly. Would not have been able to go through the home buying process without him.

Ashley was a godsend when searching for my house. He went above and beyond helping me find houses in my budget with my needs. I was shopping from out of town, so he scheduled many virtual calls and filmed videos to reference later. I can't imagine how I would've bought my house without him.
