Jen was amazing at helping me sell my home in Duvall. The timing was tricky due to the housing market and the particulars (huge yard - wet in Spring - smaller house with no garage) and she supported us every step of the way, providing counsel, input, design elements/suggestions, pricing feedback and even emotional support! I am glad that is behind us, and glad we chose Jen as our agent!!

Jen was FABULOUS to work with! She went above and beyond our expectations and impressed up on so many different levels. We moved shortly after listing and Jen took time out of her busy schedule to keep our house looking nice by watering, vacuuming, dusting etc.! Her negotiations were impressive, and she assisted us with all the responsibilities of changing residences. Best agent EVER!

I have purchased and sold my houses for over 30 years and have had some good realtors, but Jen is by far the best. I have hired Jen in both the purchase and selling of a house. From the beginning to the end of the process she is on top of every detail and in constant communication. If you're selling a house, she has an eye for preparing your house for market. If you're buying a house she really looks out for the buyer, making sure they get what they want. She works very hard for you yet she handles it with grace and a wonderful sense of humor. I'm not alone, when I mention Jen was my realtor they all raved about her.

Jen was incredible to partner with on selling my house. From start to finish she was fully engaged with the process and helped me to focus on the most important things. Jen has a great eye - she helped to pick colors, fixtures and styles that would go with my home and staged it to highlight the best features. She even helped fill in some landscaping with plants from her own garden! Jen connected me with contractors, worked with a photographer who took stunning photos, and developed a marketing plan that led to multiple offers within a few days of listing. Jen guided me though all of paperwork and negotiations and kept me informed about next steps. She worked hard to ensure everything went smoothly and that I was comfortable and satisfied with the process. I am SO happy I chose to work with Jen to sell my home and would gladly work with her again in the future - whether buying or selling - she is truly the best!
